2. About Need Foundation
Need Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation based in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, India, working in education, healthcare, women empowerment, child welfare, environment and rural development.

Donations made through this Site are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law or at Need Foundation's discretion in cases of processing error. Donors may indicate a preferred fund; Need Foundation will make reasonable efforts to apply the gift accordingly, but reserves the right to redirect funds to programmes of similar purpose if a specific fund is fully subscribed or discontinued.
5. Volunteering
Submitting a volunteer application through this Site does not guarantee a placement. Need Foundation will contact applicants to discuss suitable opportunities based on need, location and the applicant's stated interests and availability.
